By installing or using the RentoNova plugin or services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

RentoNova provides a WordPress plugin and related cloud services for car rental operators. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Free plans are limited to 3 vehicles. Paid plans bill monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all customer, booking, and fleet data you input into the Service. You are responsible for compliance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, LGPD, etc.) in relation to your customers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to bypass payment, or to reverse-engineer the source code beyond what is permitted by the plugin's open-source license.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentoNova's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days in advance.
